The Lubbock Police Department Benefit Association has been serving the employees of the Lubbock Police Department since the 1940’s. It is an organization made up of police officers and employees of the Lubbock Police Department along with employees of the Department of Lubbock Code Enforcement. The purpose of the association is to show support and appreciation for our members by providing several benefits to them and their families.
In 2009, the Lubbock Police Department Benefit Association created the LPDBA Community Outreach Program, which is a is a seperate organization controlled by the LPDBA. We wanted to be able to give more to our community by helping citizens of Lubbock in need.
All funds raised by or contributed to the LPDBA are controlled and distributed by an Executive Board made up of members of the association. The board members are comprised of volunteer representatives of each division at the Lubbock Police Department and Code Enforcement. No one is payed to serve on the Board.
The LPDBA Community Outreach Program's funds are controlled and distributed by an Executive Board with the approval of the LPDBA Board. Visit our Community Outreach Program page for more information.
